Who we are
The owner and managing director
of
Aurora TDS is Chris Cordery.
The company's registered office
is in Peterborough,
Cambridgeshire, approximately 80 miles
north of London.
Business Model
Aurora TDS was formed in 2003 and
since then it has gone from strength to
strength. Its business model
is based on an associate formula
which enables a cost-effective
approach to providing clients with
high quality services.
All associates used by Aurora are
well known to the managing director
and carefully chosen for each
assignment.
The Managing Director
Chris Cordery has over 25 years
experience in management
consultancy, training and
development and worked with all sectors
of the economy (commercial, public
and not-for-profit). He has
held a number of senior managerial
positions and led several complex
and demanding projects.
Chris brings a structured approach
to consultancy and he
requires the same of his company's associates.
Central to this is Chris' enthusiasm
for quality, high professional
standards, attention to detail and
reliability, all of which have
become the hallmark of the way in
which Aurora does business.
In his leisure time Chris plays
golf, rock climbs, skis and runs to
keep fit.
He is a fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and
Development, a member of the
Institute of Directors and until
recently vice
chair of governors at a local
school.
Corporate
Social Responsibility
Aurora TDS plays its part in
helping to protect the
environment. It recycles its
business consumables and when
its associates need to
travel they do so by public transport
whenever practicable.
Aurora regularly donates money to
charities, especially cancer and
cardiac charities, ex-servicemen's
charities, disability charities and
the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
