Our Project Handbook has been
painstakingly compiled by experienced
project managers and it is proven to
work. It comprises 70 pages
packed with practical advice and templates
requiring little amendment for any
organisation that wishes to adapt it

Our two-day training course on

We work alongside people in organisations who
are inexperienced or under-confident
in managing projects. We spend
between one and four days per month
guiding project managers along the
