trying to deal with issues that are
difficult to resolve and for which
they have previously received little
or no training. That is the nature
of their positions and traditional
courses can be too general and
time-consuming to be of much help.
Increasingly, executives and senior
managers are turning
to personal coaching to help them
develop their effectiveness.
The Aurora approach is to use the
teachings of Sir
John Whitmore (a world renowned
exponent of coaching) and Timothy
Gallwey's non-judgemental 'inner
