Training design

Aurora uses a systems approach to training (SAT) for the design and delivery of training programmes. This ensures that learning meets an organisation's needs precisely and at minimum cost.  It involves:

  • Training needs analysis

  • Strategic design (determining the most relevant learning strategies)

  • Course design (course subject matter)

  • Delivery

  • Evaluation (at participant and organisational levels)

Leadership and Management Programmes

Aurora delivers training and development in a wide range of leadership and management subjects, such as time management, communication skills, confidence building, presentation skills, recruitment and selection and much more.

Personal coaching

Coaching is normally aimed at executives or senior managers because this is where it is likely to have greatest impact.  It is a results orientated, targeted and flexible approach to maximising individuals' potential. 

Senior people in organisations often find themselves trying to deal with issues that are difficult to resolve and for which they have previously received little or no training.  That is the nature of their positions and traditional courses can be too general and time-consuming to be of much help.  Increasingly, executives and senior managers are turning to personal coaching to help them develop their effectiveness.

The Aurora approach is to use the teachings of Sir John Whitmore (a world renowned exponent of coaching) and Timothy Gallwey's non-judgemental 'inner game' philosophy.
