Training and Development
Our basic workshop takes just 3
hours. This involves an hour to
introduce the framework and 2
hours for delegates to learn to use
it in practice. It is not
unusual for people who attend this
workshop to leave saying that
they have learned something
that they will be able to use
immediately afterwards with colleagues and
stakeholders.
Our advanced workshop also takes 3
hours and is aimed at helping people
to use the evidence and costs
columns of the framework
effectively.
Having attended these workshops
participants know exactly what
impact their organisations will
have the target group of people at whom their
services are aimed. And they
will be able to use appropriately
powerful and relevant evidence to
demonstrate that impact.
We also offer coaching to small
groups who wish to apply Outcomes
Focus to specific projects or
