own Facilitation Skills competency
framework to help organisations
sharpen their use
of facilitation as a client,
stakeholder or
staff engagement technique.
We provide training in 'Facilitation
Tools and Techniques' for staff
who need this skill as
part of their job.
We also facilitate clients'
conferences, seminars and
workshops.
Facilitation Tools and Techniques course
Our one day 'Facilitation Tools and
Techniques' course provides
delegates with the skills needed to
facilitate their own events and
meetings.
As an optional extension to our
course, we work with individuals to
help them facilitate their own
events. This helps staff to
apply and embed their new skills and
knowledge, with expert
supervision and guidance.
Our courses are tailored to suit the
precise needs of each client
organisation and are highly
interactive. Delegates learn

We ensure that we get a clear
brief about what our clients want
and by applying a systematic and
structured approach we ensure that
we get things right
first time. Afterwards we
review the success of our
facilitated events with our client
sponsors.
Examples

Working with local authorities
and primary care trusts we have designed,
delivered and facilitated
conferences and workshops
ranging from 20 to 200
delegates. These have
covered subjects such as
Targeted Youth Support,
integrated working, implementation of the Common
Assessment Framework and
Lead Professional.
