Whichever process is used, there are
four essential pillars to our

analysis to establish the degree
to which our client company is
ready to absorb change

by determining the success criteria - this enables
our client to be clear about how
success will be evaluated

plan and determine the eventual
benefits of the change being
implemented

We draw up and agree with our
client a change implementation
plan - which allocates
responsibilities and shows
timelines
Exit Strategy
Having acted in a client's interests
to implement change, we do not
simply walk away at the end of an
assignment. Well before the
end of the change programme, we
agree our exit strategy to ensure
that what we leave behind is
sustainable.
