Change Management

Aurora TDS specialises in change management.

Our associates sometimes lead clients' change projects and they sometimes work alongside internal project teams acting as advisers on implementing change.

Approach

For many organisations change is challenging and we believe that it is essential to use a systematic 'change management' process to ensure success.  Aurora's associates are able to use methodologies that are proven to deliver successful outcomes and they adopt the one that best suits our clients' needs. 

Essential pillars

Whichever process is used, there are three essential pillars to our approach:

  • We conduct a 'change readiness' analysis to establish the degree to which our client company is ready to absorb change

  • We 'start with the end in mind' by determining the success criteria - this enables our client to be clear about how success will be evaluated

  • We draw up and agree with our client a change implementation plan - which allocates responsibilities and shows timelines

Exit Strategy

Having acted in a client's interests to implement change, we do not simply walk away at the end of an assignment.  Well before the end of the change programme, we agree our exit strategy to ensure that what we leave behind is sustainable.
